In order to achieve the maximum level of competitiveness in the sector based on the trust and loyalty of our clients, ALPINA VERTICAL Management promotes the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of its Quality Management System based on the requirements of the standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems).
The Management of ALPINA VERTICAL establishes the bases of this Quality Management Policy as the basic pillars of the organisation to achieve the effectivity of its Integrated Management System, which are detailed below:
- Ensuring the satisfaction and even exceeding the expectations of our customers through a balance of quality improvement and cost reduction, making them participants of the Quality Management System.
- Compliance with the applicable legal requirements and with those other requirements that ALPINA VERTICAL voluntarily subscribes to.
- We seek continuous improvement in the quality of the service we offer, in our behaviour in terms of environmental care and in terms of the possible potential impacts that ALPINA VERTICAL may generate. All this through continuous training of employees and customers.
- Active participation to establish and meet the Quality Management Objectives and Targets as it is the responsibility of ALPINA VERTICAL.
The suitability and adequacy of this Quality Management Policy to reality are one of the points that are reviewed annually at ALPINA, continuously adapted to possible changes and communicated to all staff in such a way that it is available to the public.

The management of ALPINA VERTICAL guarantees the improvement of its working system, the data analysis and the decision making, as well as the necessary resources and the communication between all company departments.
In order to reinforce relations with suppliers, Alpina Vertical maintains an information channel for incidents and carries out the appropriate inspections and verifications.
